AMRAP 15
9 Toes to Bar
6 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
1 Squat Clean

WOD Guidance & Goals:
The weight for this workout will be 80-85% of your 1 rep max hang power clean. Try to keep the toes to bar unbroken or 5/4. Perform 5 deadlifts, then take a short break. Do your sixth deadlift and go right into your 3 hang cleans (unbroken). Drop the bar and quickly reset for the squat clean. Target 5+ rounds.

Coaches will help you build to 75% of your 1 rep max bench press which you’ll hold across for 3 sets. The cash out is a leg and ab burner! You must finish the plate (or sled) push under 1 min then the 20 V-ups under 1 min. Scale meters and reps to fit the stimulus.

We are excited to announce our second class of the elite 1000 CLUBThis club is reserved to those who have made the commitment to get their butts through our doors over one thousand times. That’s the equivalent of wodding for 3 years straight! Congrats to all our 1000 Club inductees!

And of course, let’s not forget the club that really establishes the heart and soul of the Daybreak community… our 500 CLUB! This is our fourth class to be inducted. Their dedication is evidence that Daybreak runs deep in their blood and that they’ve become a crucial fiber in our social fitness fabric. Congrats 500 Clubbers!

“Kinda I Want To – 2.0”
In Teams:
Each Member Completes 5 Rounds:
50 Meter Sled Push
200 Meter Medball Carry
400 Meter Run

WOD Guidance & Goals:
The first person in line will push a sled 25m down and 25m back, pick up a medicine ball and run 200m, and then drop the ball and run 400m. As soon as the first person in line returns with the sled, the next person goes. Continue until you complete 5 rounds. Even though you’ll be on a team please post your individual score.
