EVENT: #3goalstobetter Clinic – Power Lifting
#3goalstobetter CLINIC: Our 10th members-only clinic in our annual series is POWER LIFTING taking place this Sunday, October 30th from 9:00-10:00a during Open Gym. We will still hold Rise-N-Grind from 8:00-9:00a and Open Gym during its normal time of 9:00-11:00a.
At this clinic, we’ll work on helping you train your deadlift, back squat and bench press. We establish heavy single reps for each lift (potentially a new one rep max) plus work accessory movements to these three lift. This clinic is for all members of any skill/athletic level. Space is limited to the first 20 members, so sign up at the desk asap. If registration fills up, please see Mel to be placed on our waiting list.
