BRUTAL performance on this one…29:38, too much time staring at bar after the first round, switched to bike halfway through 4th round, 15 cal to finish and 30 cal 5th round

Redemption – 24:47 (I think). Someone please fix my time on the board, I was clearly hallucinating after that one.
Real time was 21:47 rx. Ignore me, rowing makes me stupid.
Redemption — 23:41 (I think — I know it was 23 something). 105#, 15-20 DUs per round. I’m finally feeling the DUs — strung 11 together at one point with what felt like a pretty natural movement. Good workout.
Redemption….. 22:50 105# SU This was a WOD to kick off 2015!!! Deadlifts unbroken on rounds 1,3 and 5…. 2 and 4- 5/10 & 10/5.. The Row – don’t shoot me, felt amazing.. Can you say stretch out arms and back!!!

19.00 RX. Definitely could have pushed this one a little more. Kept the rowing splits under 2 each round. Found myself breaking up the deads to save some energy….Should have finished them all unbroken. Definitely room for improvement. Looking forward to next time!
