Happy New Year! Lourdes’s endurance WOD: 6 miles 1:41:00 4 mile walk 2 mile run – hills and all! If you’d told me last year on New Years day that i’d be easily moving through 6 miles of hilly back roads – running the final third of it no less- I would have said “yay, right…not!!” Well I can only thank you all at DCF – owners, coaches and members that have offered so much encouragement, friendship and support! Giving crossfit at Daybreak a 30 day try was one of the best decisions I ever made in 2014!!
