100 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
200 Front Squats
Then
1 Mile Run

MVx: 1200m, in+out step over, 55/35
GOALS + GUIDANCE: How this will work…Teams will run TOGETHER, then partition burpee and front squats however they’d like. You must complete burpees before moving to front squats. While team member A works, member B holds a 45# or 25# plate, and member C will hold a plank during the burpees, and a dead hang during the front squats. You cannot start working until the static hold as begun, and the plate can never touch the ground unless you’re on the runs. Target 30 min with a 35 min cap.
