GOALS + GUIDANCE: Yes, if you can handstand feel free to push up today! Do all 5 reps unbroken every round, or use an abmat to make this stimulus possible. Try to go unbroken on the chest to bars or at least 5 and 5 reps. With 2 dbs in the front rack position, lunge a total of 25 feet. Target 10 rounds.
