GOALS + GUIDANCE: Complete the row in 2 minutes or less. Relax on the double unders and attack them in sets of 25-50 or one big set. Dubs will take 2-3 minutes. You can do the cleans as fast singles or sets of 5 reps. The cleans will take 2-3 minutes. Target sub 10 minutes (cap 12 min).
