For the muscle ups (rings) scaling options include; bar muscle ups, transitions on the rings from a kneeling position, or strict pull ups (chest to bar if you’ve got them). Target 10-12 minutes.

NEWS: Inaugural 1000 CLUB Announced and our third 500 CLUB!
We are excited to announce our inaugural class into the elite 1000 CLUB! This club is reserved to those who have made the commitment to get their butts through our doors over one thousand times. That’s the equivalent of wodding for 3 years straight! And we’ve only been open for 5 years! We’ll be handing out newly-designed “1000 Club” tees or tanks to these members and be sure to give them a fist bump next time you see them. Congrats to all our 1000 Club inductees!
And of course, let’s not forget the club that started it all, our 500 CLUB! This is our third, yes third, class to be inducted. Their dedication is evidence that Daybreak runs deep in their blood and that they’ve become a crucial fiber in our community fabric. Congrats 500 Clubbers!

WOD Guidance & Goal: Row at your 2k pace (men around 1:45/500m and ladies around 2:05/500m). For the Dumbbell ground to overhead, do clean and jerks. OR squeeze dumbbells together and use your hips like a kettlebell swing to get them overhead. Do them in sets of 5-10. Ring dips, do a bigger set to start then chip away without reaching failure. Target 25 minutes for this grinder!
