and as a follow-up. I’m still sweating 70-80 mins after finishing, and I had trouble keeping me car on the road going back to the office…. this was a doozy.

I guess I didn’t read the wod description carefully and did 4 rounds not 3. (squats rx, step ups and 25# ground to overhead with a plate) about 20 minutes. cash out 5 rounds of 10 strict t2b,10 hand release push ups.
Calling 28:07, step ups, 15#. my game plan was for 7 min rds….didn’t quite work out that way.

Calling – 26:08 rx – mix of step ups and box jumps. Also on round 2 I missed the C&J and went to air sqauts so I had to go back to them. That nearly made me cry . Absolutely awful. Nice job to all those of u that crushed that wod!
