mental test is the best way to describe this, as i really wanted to quit halfway through.
24,21,15,14,10,13,12,10,11,15, for a total of 145…about half 3/4 squats and about half to or below parallel…and the knee feels great. i think ill be back to squatting again soon, and im excited. easing it along.

Come with me — hi 10, low 6 (maybe 1 rd of 5). 14# WB. 250m row the first 2 or 3 rounds and 200m the rest of the way. Burpees and WB felt OK but I struggled with the rowing. Never got off the rower with more than 30 sec in the round.
