Did this Wednesday instead of Thursday (randomly – didn’t know it was Thursday’s WOD!) 7:13rx, which is a PR of 0:28 from April 2013. Round of 50 DUs was done as 1-48-1, which is close to a PR for me. In the set of 30, I tripped 5 times on the DUs and on the situps I stopped too many times. Next time, sub-7!

Did Annie yesterday, so came in to do some barbell work. 5×5 front squats at 105, 125, 145, 165, 185 (3 reps); then worked up to a heavy snatch at 113. I love the barbell. 🙂
