225 front squat
Wake me up- 6+12 reps rx/53/rx
Looking back I feel like I could certainly improve on this. I need to work on my wall balls.

115 front squat
Wake me-up: Started with wall balls…4 + 9 box jumps. Felt pretty good. Had difficulty finding a rhythm with the kettlebell.
125 front squat… attempted 145, got 1 rep.. think I made too much of a jump there..
Wake me up: 5+8, 10/35/20
Normally would go for the 14# WB but it felt so heavy today!

These felt good. Haven’t squatted in a while, but I still have my strength, which makes me very happy.
Wake Me Up: 4+1 (10# wall ball, 35# kb, 20″ box)
KBS clicked after the first round. I tend go on my toes, so focused on lifting my big toes in order to drive through my heels. It worked! Also, wall balls are evil.
Worked up to 115 on FS and it felt a bit heavy at the bottom.
4+10 wall balls. 14/35/20
Next time 16 or 18 on Wall balls and 40 something on kb. Still slow on box jumps.
115 Front squat, struggled with flexibility, in both upper and lower body… thanks for showing me the new grip Mel and Rap.
Wake me up: 4+15 (14# WB, 45# KB, 20 box after a round at 24) KB’s felt awesome need some work on the rest.
Great workout last night everyone! Huge improvement on front squat form overall. Plus, you all really pushed the pace during “Wake Me Up”… LOVE it!

Went at it with Justin pushing me the whole time. 30# wall ball… rest was RX. Rounds were a blur. Maybe 5 and change?
