Typically I do bigger sets on TTB, but this helped me a lot with grip on snatches – thanks Mel

17:15 #65 HPC instead of HPS (shoulder). Round 12 messed up and only did 9 HPC I think so did 3 extra the next round.
Knees up until round 9 switched to leg lifts due to rip.
