Crossfit Harpoon – we lost track but I think we did 7 rounds AMRAP 30 with a partner up the ladder and back down 1 partner tire flip 2 rope climbs 30 cals on AB or rower 40 AbMat sit up 50m sled push (only one way on the ladder)
Daybreak workout looked fun!?!???

Yeah – all that rowing for cals wasn’t fun. And doing the strength after a rough metcon was interesting. But it beat the hell out of doing 2 mi on one of those medieval torture devices.

3 rds as 1×600, 2 x 400, 3×200 with 90 sec break btw efforts
The times for the 600s got steadily slower, but the last 200 of the third round was the fastest and a PR for me.
