bench @185 & butterfly PU… ripped on PU 15 in round 3 7/21, 6/19, 5/15, 3/10, 3/11 = 24/76 next time I’ve got 100 in me for sure on the pull-ups. barring the rippage

Did it at home. 35 bench press at 195 (7 8 8 5 7) 78 pullups (20 20 13 11 14). Shoulder feels absolutely disgusting benching, almost quit warming up. Also front squatted beforehand. 5@210, 3@235, 3@265.
