MAx: 400/375m, 14/20, 35/20, 5 strict (band)
MVx: 375/200m, 20 wb 10/6, 15 db sn 25/15, 15 ring rows

GOALS + GUIDANCE: On the five minute, try to complete the chipper in five minutes! Scale the row to complete the meters in under two minutes. Do the wall balls in two sets 20/10 or 15/15 (about :60-:75), and one giant set of db snatch. Try to complete the pull ups unbroken or in two fast sets of five. Record your intervals.
