PSA: Many of us have been to boxes all over the world. As a reminder, the individualized coaching we get at Daybreak is far in excess of the coaching elsewhere. The coaches here know you. They know what you do well, and where you need work. They drive you to work harder and to #pursuebetter. Coaching is what makes Daybreak what it is. We are very lucky.
Oh, and also, today’s endurance WOD was pretty fun. 2nd round was definitely more fun than the first.

I’m with Willis! This is so true. Many boxes just throw together a workout but the level of COACHING at Daybreak is really what makes Daybreak great!
