:12 seconds off my PR. Slight traffic jam at the rowers this morning which may have cost me about :30 seconds. Taking that out, I’m right around 9:19, which would be good improvement. Target for next time is sub 9:00.

14:37 65#. 10/9/8. 8/7/6. 6/5/4. 5/4. Row was 1100-1150 cal/hr in first set and then up to 1250 on last. Thrusters were mentally challenging to be sure.
Midway through my second round of squats I saw Bill lie down on the ground in front of me, and thought, “that’s an extreme way to take a break between sets.” Then it hit me – oh crap, he’s DONE and I’m only in the second set!
13:34 Rx. last time 14:13. Like Bill I got hung up waiting :30 for a rower. Not sure it would have made a difference but either way my goal next time is sub 13:00. I haven’t done my goals yet for this year but 21 unbroken 95# thrusters might go on that list
