Disturbia – 5+11. Ripped my hand…. Slowed me down quite a bit. Bar muscle ups were the workout for me.
Disturbia 4 rds, 6 reps. 55#, 24″, blue-assisted c2b. Got slowed down changing the weight for the snatches

4+2Rx…. definitely can do better. Fun one. too much bent over, hands-on-shorts… I always get black spots on my hands from BMU… anyone else? Isnt that supposed to mean something? The black spot? its been a loooong time since i read treasure island….
