Terrible wod tonight for me. Thanks to Justin and Keith for the DU advice despite my generally bad attitude this evening.
Animal:
DUs – 52/36
T2B – 12/8 for the first 7 rounds. Then the skin on my left hand came away. Did V-Ups for the last three rounds. 17/16
That said, I am clearly a fragile, soft-skined wimp, because Dustin ripped both hands, and kept pushing. And I’ll continue to be a wimp when I’m wearing gloves again tomorrow (over my Hello Kitty band-aid).
