Your membership with us isn’t just any old gym membership … it’s providing you expert fitness and nutrition guidance with a heavy dose of community support.

Daybreak’s monthly memberships are comprised of constantly varied daily class workouts that are tiered into three tracks. These tracks help take the guess work out of your routine and allow our members to workout alongside each other regardless of skill, age, ability and fitness goals!

You want to build strength? You got it. You want more conditioning? That’s covered. You want lots of cardio? No problem! Take a look at some of our RECENT WORKOUTS.

And don’t worry about which track is right for you. Our coaches will guide you into the appropriate track and will personalize your workout as your body adapts and your needs change.

METCON

METCON TRACK

This advanced track is for more experienced athletes. It will incorporate more complex gymnastics and barbell movements with a wider range of weights and loads.

MASTERS

MASTERS TRACK

This intermediate track is designed for the majority of members and will lessen weight loads and incorporate more approachable cardio gymnastics, and lifting options.

MOVE

MOVE TRACK

This track is suitable for everyone who just wants to get in and Move! It will minimize barbells and heavy weights, and instead focus on lighter weights, body-weight and lower-impact movements.

Getting your butt to the gym each week is hard enough. Choosing a membership plan shouldn’t be. We’ve learned over the years that only when our members are committed to three or more visits per week, only then will they see their bodies change, their energy rise and their minds adapt to their new fitness lifestyle.

We publish our prices because our loyal members tell us what our services are worth. We’re not ashamed. Our program works because we always show up, we have a lot of laughs, and we get our fitness on.

At Daybreak, we offer a premium gym experience that ensures you’ll be surrounded by members who, like you, value quality over quantity. Member churn isn’t good for anyone: it hurts our community, it taxes our coaches and it makes it hard to build consistency.

We do class-based functional fitness and we do it well. We don’t dilute our program by offering miscellaneous services that are not aligned to our mission to provide world-class coaching and guidance.

There are no long term contracts at Daybreak. You are simply billed by the month. Period. Our amazing workouts, rockstar coaches, and tight-knit fitness community is what keeps our members coming back… not paperwork!

If you find Daybreak isn’t for you, just let us know at least two business days before your next billing cycle and we’ll cancel your membership. That’s it. Eezy peezy.

FIRST RESPONDER

  • Special rate for unlimited access to Daybreak for our Police, Fire, EMS and Military community.

BASELINE MEMBERSHIP

  • This option is best for those looking to build a base of fitness. It offers you 13 visits per month (or ~3 visits per week) which is the minimum necessary to see and/or maintain results.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

$209*/month
  • Get unlimited access to Daybreak and all our programs. This is the ideal option for those members seeking truly transformational changes and results, and for those who simply LOVE fitness!

We offer FAMILY, COUPLE and STUDENT rates. Inquire for details. Only one discount can be applied per member. A small processing fee will be added to all payments.

TEENS FITNESS & ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If you can’t get enough of your daily dose of Daybreak, we also offer a suite of supplemental training and nutrition services. These services for you (or your Teen!) do not require an adult monthly membership and can be billed separately.

TEENS FITNESS

Designed to teach our teens sound fitness habits early, and to build a broad athletic base that augments sport-specific training. SCROLL DOWN for more.

PRIVATE TRAINING

We offer one-on-one fitness services that can be tailored to help you lose-weight, build muscle, improve technique and guide you pre/post-natal. SCROLL DOWN for more.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

Nutrition is the silver bullet when it comes to honing in your health and well-being. Our services will help you find balance and sustainability. SCROLL DOWN for more.

TEEN CLASS MEMBERSHIPS

Our TEENS CLASSES classes are designed with our young adults (ages 12-17) in mind. Teen workouts are based on the adult workouts, but modified to meet the abilities of our Teen members. We utilize bodyweight movements, agility and speed training, and on occasion, light weights. If you’re a Daybreak member, you may workout alongside your teen (if they let you), so you can avoid multiple trips to the gym.
