Your membership with us isn’t just any old gym membership … it’s providing you expert fitness and nutrition guidance with a heavy dose of community support.
Daybreak’s monthly memberships are comprised of constantly varied daily class workouts that are tiered into three tracks. These tracks help take the guess work out of your routine and allow our members to workout alongside each other regardless of skill, age, ability and fitness goals!
You want to build strength? You got it. You want more conditioning? That’s covered. You want lots of cardio? No problem! Take a look at some of our RECENT WORKOUTS.
And don’t worry about which track is right for you. Our coaches will guide you into the appropriate track and will personalize your workout as your body adapts and your needs change.
METCON
METCON TRACK
This advanced track is for more experienced athletes. It will incorporate more complex gymnastics and barbell movements with a wider range of weights and loads.
MASTERS
MASTERS TRACK
This intermediate track is designed for the majority of members and will lessen weight loads and incorporate more approachable cardio gymnastics, and lifting options.
MOVE
MOVE TRACK
This track is suitable for everyone who just wants to get in and Move! It will minimize barbells and heavy weights, and instead focus on lighter weights, body-weight and lower-impact movements.

We publish our prices because our loyal members tell us what our services are worth. We’re not ashamed. Our program works because we always show up, we have a lot of laughs, and we get our fitness on.
FIRST RESPONDER
- Special rate for unlimited access to Daybreak for our Police, Fire, EMS and Military community.
BASELINE MEMBERSHIP
- This option is best for those looking to build a base of fitness. It offers you 13 visits per month (or ~3 visits per week) which is the minimum necessary to see and/or maintain results.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
- Get unlimited access to Daybreak and all our programs. This is the ideal option for those members seeking truly transformational changes and results, and for those who simply LOVE fitness!
TEENS FITNESS & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If you can’t get enough of your daily dose of Daybreak, we also offer a suite of supplemental training and nutrition services. These services for you (or your Teen!) do not require an adult monthly membership and can be billed separately.

TEEN CLASS MEMBERSHIPS
Our TEENS CLASSES classes are designed with our young adults (ages 12-17) in mind. Teen workouts are based on the adult workouts, but modified to meet the abilities of our Teen members. We utilize bodyweight movements, agility and speed training, and on occasion, light weights. If you’re a Daybreak member, you may workout alongside your teen (if they let you), so you can avoid multiple trips to the gym.
