found the magic ttb scheme for me in rnd3: 8-4-3… enabled me to move really fast through them on rnds 3-5.
round 2 was a horrible 5-5-3-1-1. cant wait to redo this one.

4+198 – Kipping Knee Ups which is a big deal for me! Always have done static knee ups and have been unable to keep the Kipping motion going past 1 rep…got 3-5 multiple times. On to toes to bar!!
