We had a great month with individual attendances increasing despite the busy holiday season. Our preferred parking spots in December go to Kathy C and Dave. We still see a handful of veterans on this list such as Jim/Jen, Kevin, Sherry, Nissa and Zev, but also new names, such as Erica and newcomer Eddie. Thu (T-Day): Only one class at 8:00a
Friday: 8:00a-11:00a Open Gym

We are very pleased to announce that Wayland Weston Rowing Association has chosen Daybreak CrossFit as their new strength and conditioning partner. This elite rowing team had a lot of options in the Metrowest, but selected Daybreak given our vast coaching experience and state-of-the-art facility. We are very happy to welcome both the mens and womens teams to the DCF family.
