WOD Guidance & Goals:
Coaches will help you build to a heavy triple hang power snatch. The last triple should be around 75% of your 1 rep max hang power snatch. For the metcon, use 65% of your heaviest triple for the 5 hang power snatch. Each round will take 1:15-1:30. Target 8 minutes.Â
