Lot’s to be happy w/ here. Especially just getting out of bed after the WOD yesterday. Legs are crushed.
First time ever using 145# for snatches in a WOD. They actually got better as the rounds went on. Need to seriously work on dropping under the bar. Everything else felt good, but for some reason, I just struggle to pull myself under.
Last time we did this, I used 115# and finished in 15:57. Much slower this time but 30# heavier.

Went 5-3-2 in rnd 1. Not sure it was any faster with the longer rests in between sets. Need to push the runs more.
