1.75 mile lake run for me this morning. Moderate pace focusing on solid running technique the whole way.
Not sure about anyone else but Sara and I are both absolutely smushed from last weeks WODs.

Yep, smushed too. Thought it was because I basically did nothing on vacation the week before, but apparently not. I did a 5 mile slooooooow run today and almost died. Glad I’m not the only one beat.
