Some notes for next time: OHSs – Unbroken. Wish I could squat snatch into the first rep, but mentally, I can’t do it. Have to clean first. T2B – Unbroken in rounds 1-3. Then for whatever reason, 8/2, 9/1. Lame. Then, as Rap points out… dumbbells. – Unbroken in rounds 1 & 5. 10/5 in the others. Why? No reason. Just felt better. DU: unbroken. I could have rested less. Didn’t want to.
What is going on? We left you for dead and you start to PR wods with heavier weight?!?! Nice job.

22:58 @ 115# for OHS. i failed an OHS in Round 2 (i think) that cost me. other than that I put together the most solid rounds of OHS yet. felt pretty dialed in.

The good — strung 8-10 dubs a couple times and got thru 1st 2 rds with 5/5 ttb.
The bad – no OHS bc shooting wrist pain, had to sub leg raises and burpees for ttb and dbsc in rd 5 bc arm fatigue
