12/29/15 – 22:53 50# Step Overs 10,6,5/6,6,6/5,5,5/4,4,4/3,3/3 – Counted ~10 sec for rest between each set.
AAAAAAAnd, I jogged a bit today! It’s been almost 6 months – YESSSS!

Missing Daybreak but enjoying some outdoor WOD’s in NH. 10 mile run yesterday. 3 mile run in hiking boots today in 6 inches of snow. Made the 10 miles seem easy. Then some skiing to top it off.
