This was a completely mental WOD for me. Loose it: 10:47 Rx. Squat cleaned the first rep every round. Went 7,7,7,7,7,7,4/3 on the squats. Mix of jumps and steps on the box. Nice work 5:30.

11:23 100# back squat lower back is still hurting. Also did an extra round and it wasn’t on purpose! 24″ Box Jumps.

Uqad, glute, hamstring, hip-flexor mobility.
17:24 with 125# and a failed box jump on the 7th rep of the 1st round so switched to 24″ jumps. Quads were on fire for days!!!
