had to sub out the DL for rowing b/c of tweaks in my lower back (from Babs?) I have no idea why my lower back would be hurting from that but pretty much everything is. Anyhoo – Clarity (sort of) – 6:30 – 300 m row and 50 single unders because my dus were just not happening today – completely ‘off’ day, but fun 6am class as usual – thanks Rap.
