“Clarity” – 6:14 Rx. This was only 10# less than my 1RM so it got pretty spicy by the end. Rep 30 might have been the ugliest deadlift I’ve ever done, but it got done!

Week 2, day 1 of hatch cycle. Followed up with clean and jerk: 85#x2x2, 95#x1, 70%x1, (115#x1, 125#x1)x3. Been down for a few days and this all felt awesome and awful at the same time.

Clarity: 4:16 rx. Couldn’t hold on to the ‘Stoff and just barely held of the Brown. Nice job boys and girls. Everyone went hard today.

Clarity: 7:21 95# dl, 25du, not my heaviest. Fun wod! started new goal: run 1 mile before WOD. Expanding my lungs helps me breath better during the wod. Eventually I will increase mileage so that I’m ready for any DCF running challenges and future 5ks.
