“The Code” – 7:27 Rx (4:02 PR!)
Hanging on to the bar thru the squat cleans really helped w/ the time. Knowing that I was able to get thru 21 thrusters unbroken in 14.5 made me hold on thru the set of 21 here. HSPU’s were solid. 10/6/5 on the 21, 5/5/5 on the 15 and then I think it was 3/3/3 on the 9.
Great work Bill! Amazing how a suckfest like 14.5 can translate into huge successes our other WODs, isn’t it?

Way to kill it brother… I opted for killing beers and calamari on the beach during my usual WOD time tonight. PR suckah

10:40’sh?? Squat Cleans #95, 3×25 MHSPU
Had the handstand push ups going during warm ups and then had nothing after I did the first 21 SC unbroken. Add HSPU to everything else I need to work on….

“The Code” – 11:28 Rx. Damn HSPU, my face is now covered in red dots now because (apparently) I hold my breath while I’m upside down. Hard habit to break — I’ve tried!

13:05 Rx on the squat cleans and 12,9,6 on the hspu. Last time I was faster but was scaled on the cleans and using 3 ab mats for the hspu. Improvement – although it didn’t feel like it tonight. I think justin did this twice by the time I finished.
