What's up Daybreakers!

More Space and Competition Plates!

We’ve finished clearing out the remaining 2,000+ square feet to bring our final total of floor space up to almost 8,000 square feet.  And we just couldn’t wait to get started so… we ordered a set of competition weights and a pair of barbells for our Olympic Lifting!  Let us know if you’re in the area, and maybe you can sneak in a WOD with us before we open.

Facility Update: Daybreak’s Bones

Here are some photos of the building as we found it.  The photo below is of the 5,000 square feet already demolished and we’re busting out another 2,000 square feet straight back where you see the office doors.  Ceilings are about 14 feet so all CrossFit movements are in play (minus the big rope climbs).

Air Conditioning!

Yup… we got it!  The weather is sweltering outside, but we’re staying cool.  Our facility is air-conditioned and we’re not afraid to use it!  This is the AC ducting in its current form but we’ll be re-routing the ducts so that it will keep the temperature down but won’t intrude on our workout space.
