Athletes from LS Field Hockey have joined Daybreak CrossFit for their off-season strength and conditioning program. They tore up their first WOD yesterday! Welcome to the family ladies!

We’re Running today! Come out and join us at Haskell Fields in Sudbury as Daybreak is sponsoring the 5K and kids Fun Run. We’ll likely warm up a bit with a pre-race WOD around 10:00am or so. Costumes are recommended… =) Post time to comments and we’ll re-run this 5K in a few months to test our fitness.
